About this event

Composed in 1919 but only achieving widespread popularity with Jacqueline du Pré’s iconic recording in the 1960s, Elgar’s Cello Concerto has become a mainstay of the orchestral repertoire.

Join Cybec Assistant Conductor Carlo Antonioli, presenter Nicholas Bochner and three talented ANAM cellists, to discover what makes this contemplative and elegiac work so enduring.
